Training & Match Days

Training: Mondays, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Tuesdays, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (optional)

Match Days: Saturdays (subject to fixture)

Home Ground: Traralgon Rec Reserve (Whittakers Road)

Our accredited trainers support football and netball programs across training and match days, with a focus on player welfare and performance.
